Welcome to Tucker-Bloom, a family-owned brand that weaves a rich history of design and innovation into every bag we create. Spearheaded by a father-son duo, David and Case Bloom, our brand is firmly rooted in over 30 years of experience in the bag industry. Our story is one of passion, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of functional design.

Heritage
In the aftermath of the travel wear industry's fallout post 9/11, Tucker-Bloom was conceived by David and Case Bloom. Facing trials made them resilient. With David's distinguished background, including tenure at Coach in New York, and Case being a talent-in-bloom artist, they collectively sowed the seeds for Tucker-Bloom.
Designed by the Bloom family in our Nashville shop, bags are made in small batches, often to order. Working directly with teams of world class stitchers the team craft mementos engineered to endure the curveballs modern sometimes throws.

Family Tradition
The brainchild of bag designer David Bloom and his music obcessed son Case. The family tradition is a blend of unique design, and a spirit of fearless adventure.
For the past two decades the brand has become known in some circles as the DJs, DJ bag. For close to forty years before then, David has worked in the bag industry. First with his wife and mother of Case, Dru Markle Bloom. The two made handbags out of a small shop on Melcher Street in Boston.
A tapestried history of artisans, sailors, and world travelers has instilled in us an indomitable commitment to creating products that are both functional and fashionable, durable.
What's in a name?
In respects to the father and son team who started this, we must talk about the people they came from. William Feinbloom, a distinguished designer, and grandfather of David Bloom, one of the creative brains behind Champion Sportswear, was responsible for the design of the first hooded sweatshirt in the 1930s.
Contrasting yet complementing the design aspect, Alonzo Case, a descendent of a family of courageous whalers from New England, brought with him the spirit of outdoorsmanship. This spirit was ingrained in the family he started with Ada Tucker, a resilient woman raised by Brooklyn's harbormaster. The combined heritage of sailors, globetrotters, and creators sacredly depended on their equipment under perilous circumstances.
