The Bag Messenger: Tzatziki recipe
Cooking & Designing Finding The Right Notes
Anyone who knows our family can attest to our serious love of food. That being said, we are going to share some of our family recipes on here from time to time. Here is the first installment. Enjoy!
-The Bag Messenger
Ever since I bought a massive fish from the fishmonger in the downtown arcade in Dayton, Ohio and made my first meal, I have loved cooking. Though the meal was only memorable because it was the first meal I made and the fish was so impressively large. Putting flavors together in my head, like drawing or thinking about design, is a favorite activity. When I eat a meal in a foreign land that wows me I have to duplicate it without a recipe. I discovered my love for this seminal Greek food while traveling in the Peloponnese region of Greece. Enjoy it and share it with others.- David Bloom
